Subject: [PATCH] fix: add 'player' column to predictions warehouse dummy to
 fix KeyError

Page 02_players.py accesses preds['player'] but the empty-warehouse
dummy had 'name' as column. Added 'player' as primary column to
predictions.parquet default schema.
